Itinerario

Your guide will meet you in Lisbon's Rossio train station, where you will begin your journey to one of Portugal's greatest cultural treasures: Sintra, declared a UNESCO world heritage site in 1995. Upon our arrival in Sintra - about an hour train ride from Lisbon - your guide will give you a complete tour of the two main attractions: the fairytale Pena Palace, and the mystical estate Quinta da Regaleira. From there you will be taken on a guided walking tour of the town itself, with a chance to taste Sintra's famous local pastries. This tour is conducted by a licensed local guide whose mission is to impart to travelers what they need to know to enhance their stay in Lisbon, and to promote Portugal's culture and heritage.
