• Cancellation Policy:
• * 10-Day and more prior to Departure Date: 90% will be refunded;
  * 9-Day and less prior to Departure Date: no refund.
  * Refund for bad weather, but we will charge 6% of the processing fee
• Tickets can only be used on the selected time and dates (local time)
• Antelope Canyon has a very strict restriction of customers. Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your selected tour start time to exchange your tickets. If you are late, you will not have the chance to enter the canyon. You'll bear the consequences if you arrive late.
• Please note that your pet dogs are not permitted to come with you to the Antelope Canyon.
• Please have a printed copy of the E-ticket/Voucher you received and government-issued photo id with you in order to redeem the ticket and board your tour.
• Confirmation e-ticket will be sent to you by email.
• It is highly suggested you bring extra water as well as sunscreen, Chap Stick, sunglasses, and a hat. Please wear comfortable outdoor clothing and walking shoes.
• Please bring motion sickness medication, if necessary.
• For safety, people who may not be physically capable of completing the hiking required during the tour or pregnant are not allowed to participate.
• Please do NOT take pictures on the stairway, no use of tripods, and no climbing the walls when visiting Antelope Canyon. Make sure to always follow the Native American guide and obey their instructions. Customers who do not comply with these rules will be sent back to the bus without refund.
• Customers are not allowed to bring any bags or tripods (except for photgraphy team). Selfie-stickets, GOPRO Cameras, Drones or other professional camera accessories are not allowed too.
• The photography team must carry professional photography equipments (one set per person), SLR camera and tripod.
• Customers are not allowed to urinate and litter
• In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. RezB2B, local operators, drivers, and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft loss at any location.

The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
