See places where your car or tour bus can't take you! "WOW!" will likely be your first word when you turn on your electric bike and feel the power. Ride along Santa Monica's award-winning beach to the Marion Davies Guesthouse, under the Santa Monica Pier and through Venice to the Venice Canals. The bikes allow you to choose between pedaling (6 gears), electric motor power (a twist of the wrist), or both. WARNING: You may be accused of excessive smiling as you roll along the beach enjoying: • Sun, sand, surf and ocean breezes • The Marion Davies Guesthouse • Riding under the Santa Monica Pier • Rolling through Venice • Gliding across the Venice Canals The tour operates daily and are designed for grownups who remember the joy of riding a bike. Our easy ride beach cruisers are equipped with full suspension and comfortable seats. The FUN tour operates daily and are designed for confident bike riders.

  • Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Helmets are required and will be provided. All bikes have a basket.
  • No pregnant guests due to fall risks.
  • Any damages to bike or property are the responsibility of the rider.
  • Guests must review and sign a liability waiver before riding.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled check-in. Training includes skills review and a test ride. Safety for all guests is our No. 1 priority.
  • You cannot join a tour that is already in progress. No refunds once a tour has left the location. No-shows are charged in full.
  • Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus or at the hotel, attraction or restaurant. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides are not responsible for any theft or loss at any location.

    • The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.

    A no-brainer
    On this absolutely must-do bike tour of Santa Monica's key spots you'll see the soul of the place ? from Venice Beach and the crazy canals (Santa Monica's version of the Goldie) to the absolute beachfront holiday home once owned by Clark Gable. And the best part of it is, the decision is yours. You can pedal, or not. The bikes have little motors and can be mopeds if you'd prefer to take it easy. Considering many of the stops on the tour are inaccessible by car, this is really the business for the intrepid, but lazy, tourist. The fresh air is good for you either way.

    Great fun
    If you are an adventure lover, it would be a very impressive exprecience. Riding an electric bike is almost as easy as riding a bike, except it\'s controlled by your hands instead of driven by your feet. In the beginning I wobbled the whole way, but it didn\'t take me long to control it easily. All in all, a great fun.

    Have a try!
    I\'ve never ridden an electric bike before, out of curiosity I took the tour and it proved to be a great fun. We had a short training first, there were a few skills need to handle, but very easy and the trainer very pacient. However, even after that you should still take care because it seems you can\'t become professional for the first time ride. We took the cruise on the beach, with sand on it so don\'t need to worry about falling over. Just enjoy, it\'s an exciting experience.
