Itinerario
Passengers will arrive at our Boulder City air terminal, board a luxurious helicopter, and take off for Grand Canyon West on our Sunset Grand Celebration tour. The helicopter is equipped with plush seating and panoramic windows for spectacular views and photography options of Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and the Colorado River en route to the West Rim.
Soar over the Skywalk Bridge and past Eagle Point as you continue over the canyon. Your helicopter will descent 4,000 feet down to the bottom of the gorge and land on a special plateau. Here passengers will have time to explore the nature and capture photos of the beauty and magnitude of this natural wonder of the world. Passengers will also be served champagne and light refreshments to enjoy amidst the ancient canyon walls on what was once a sea floor a mile deep. The return flight will set off just as the sun starts to dip behind the horizon. This is a rare opportunity to witness one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world flying above the Grand Canyon.

- Bring your I.D. - Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
- Cancllation Policy: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 6 days before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 5 days of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
- Check-in is 45 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
- Roundtrip hotel transfers are available as an option. Clients must request pick-up during check-out or provide their own transportation to the air terminal. Pick-up from limited hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown area is approximately 80-130 minutes before flight departure (times are based on hotel location, time of day, and traffic conditions).
- Passengers also have the option to transport themselves to the air terminal. If self-drive option selected, passengers must arrive 45 minutes prior to their departure time. The drive from the Las Vegas Strip to Boulder City typically takes 40 to 50 minutes.
- If transfers selected, please arrange pickup from your hotel when you call to confirm your reservation.
- Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
- Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
- All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting us. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 8:00 am to 20:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
