Itinerario
The Grand Celebration helicopter tour is one of our most popular tours to Grand Canyon West. Enjoy unparalleled views of Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, extinct volcanoes, the Colorado River, and the Mojave Desert's scenic beauty. As you fly over the West Rim on the Hualapai Reservation, your helicopter will begin a 3,200-foot descent to the canyon floor. Take in the magnificent views of the massive walls and rock formations before landing at the bottom of the canyon. The helicopter will land at a private plateau located next to the Colorado River, and you'll have ample time to explore the canyon floor and enjoy a light picnic and a glass of celebratory champagne before heading back to the terminal.

- Cancellation Policy: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 6 days before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 5 days of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
- Bring your I.D. - Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
- Check-in is 45 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
- Roundtrip hotel transfers are available as an option. Clients must request pick-up during check-out or provide their own transportation to the air terminal. Pick-up from limited hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown area is approximately 80-130 minutes before flight departure (times are based on hotel location, time of day, and traffic conditions).
- Passengers also have the option to transport themselves to the air terminal. If self-drive option selected, passengers must arrive 45 minutes prior to their departure time. The drive from the Las Vegas Strip to Boulder City typically takes 40 to 50 minutes.
- If transfers selected, please arrange pickup from your hotel when you call to confirm your reservation.
- All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Papillon will charge passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more for an additional comfort seat.
- Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
- All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting us. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 8:00am to 20:00pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
