The maximum number of guests per group should not be over 8. This tour only goes out in group of 8.

Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to ride. Unfortunately, pregnant women will not be permitted to participate.

Every guest will be required to complete and sign a liability waiver form. Liability waiver forms for participating minors between the ages of 12 and 18 require a parent or guardian's signature.

All minors between the age of 12 and 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while on tour.

Due to the mechanical limitations of the Segway, every guest must weigh no less than 100 pounds(45 kilograms) and no more than 260 pounds(118 kilograms).

Spring/Summer: wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
Fall/Winter: wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather.

In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft loss at any location.
