All vessels have a full bar and snack available for purchases(additional costs). No outside food or beverages permitted on any tour.

Please notify us in advance if you have any mobility needs that require additional boarding time or assistance. In such case, guest is responsible for arriving with amble time to board.

Boats will begin boarding 30 minutes prior to sail time and will depart the dock on time. Public tour boats do not wait for late arrivals.

Spring/Summer: wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.Fall/Winter: wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather.

Rail jumping and/or any attempt to enter the water without permission of the vessel’s captain is a serious safety offense and is subject to a maximum civil penalty of $30,000. An example of such interference includes instances where a passenger intentionally jumps off a commercial vessel that is not intended to support water activities.

In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. RezB2B, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft loss at any location.
