How can I use the Oahu All-Inclusive pass?
1. Download "Go City" app from the app store.
2. Download your pass in the app by entering 7-digit Order Number on the PDF confirmation and enter the email address used for purchasing the pass.
3. Show your pass on app to enter the attractions.

Which attractions in the All-Inclusive Pass require reservations?
You can check whether reservations are required for the attractions included in the choose-your-own-adventure package by clicking on the link provided in the e-ticket. Any attraction marked "Booking required" will require advance booking.

What is the validity period of the Oahu All-Inclusive Pass?
The pass will be automatically activated upon entry to the first attraction. Once you activate your pass, you'll have 14 calendar days, to redeem each day that your pass is valid for. For example, if you have a three-day pass and activate it on the first day of your vacation, you'll then have 13 calendar days to use the remaining two days of your pass. We suggest starting early on each day to maximize the number of attractions you can visit.

Can the Pass be refunded or changed?
You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchasing the pass if it has not been activated. Once the pass is activated, it cannot be refunded or modified. (PS: Activation refers to scanning the code at the entrance of the scenic area, not email activation)

Can I visit each attraction multiple times with the pass?
No, each attraction can only be visited once.
