All audio guides must be returned no later than three hours after tour departure. To limit the risk of fraud, the museum now requires the full name of each individual customer printed on the ticket. Each client must present their ID card or passport upon entering the museum as proof of identity. Those unable to show proof of identification will be denied entry.

You will receive your Louvre Museum and cruise tickets by e-mail between 24 hours and 2 hours before the start of your visit.
The time you have chosen corresponds to the time of your visit to the Musée du Louvre.
Compulsory cloakroom at the Louvre museum for large bags, buggies, and umbrellas.

The Louvre Museum closes at 6.00 pm (except on special dates).
Young people under 18, and under 26 if resident in the European Economic Area, are invited to select the child rate to enjoy free admission to the Musée du Louvre.
Please present proof of identity for under-18s and 18- to 25-year-olds residing in a European Economic Area country.
The access allows you to skip the queue for the purchase of the ticket which can be quite long at the Louvre, however you may still have to queue to enter the Louvre.
For the smooth running of the tour and out of respect for all participants, please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
To take your cruise, there are 2 companies (the name will be indicated on your voucher):
