**IMPORTANT NOTE: All orders received after 4pm (P.S.T.) on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday. Guests who need to pick up theme park tickets from our office during the weekend, please be sure to have placed your order before 4pm (P.S.T.) that Friday. Tickets are only available for delivery directly to the card holder for tickets purchased by credit card.

Please note the operating date of Universal Studios. We advise you visit the park only when it is open to visitors.

During spring/summer, we recommend that passengers wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes. During fall/winter, we recommend passengers wear layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather.

In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft or loss at any location.

The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.

Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information.
