About the Tour Guide
1. Tour guide service begins when sightseeing starts. Tour guide service is not included during any additional accommodation you have booked, during free time, or on trains and/or other regular modes of transport included in the tour.
2. In many cities, local regulations prevent our tour guide from providing commentary outside the coach. The tour guide will therefore provide sightseeing information before you leave the coach for your reference during free time.
About Luggage
Given the limited luggage-compartment space on tour coaches, each passenger may bring only one item of luggage on board (the luggage must not exceed 30 kg, and the sum of its three dimensions must not exceed 158 cm). If more than one item of luggage is brought, the driver has the right to refuse storage. If sufficient space remains in the luggage compartment, a handling fee of €5 per item per day will be charged by the driver. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!

About Hotels
1. Check-in and check-out times vary by hotel. In most cases, hotel check-in is usually at 3:00 p.m. When you arrive at the hotel, please present your tour confirmation at reception; check-out is usually at 11:00 a.m.
2. It cannot be guaranteed that all hotels will provide a double room with one large bed. At some hotels, a twin room may consist of one large bed and one sofa bed and/or extra bed.
3. It cannot be guaranteed that your extended-stay hotel will be the same as the group hotel. The extended-stay hotel will be confirmed closer to the date.
4. European hotels include breakfast, but this is mainly a simple continental breakfast (definition of continental breakfast: coffee or tea, juice, bread and jam).
5. European hotel rooms are smaller, and their facilities and services are of a lower standard than those in Asia, the United States and Canada. Guests should bring their own daily toiletries.
6. Europe has a large temperature difference between day and night, and average temperatures exceed 30°C for no more than two months each year. European countries also have strong environmental awareness, so some European hotels still do not have air conditioning. This does not mean the hotel facilities are below standard. Thank you for your understanding.
Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
