- All departure dates require reconfirmation.
- Please be ready at meeting location 5-10 minutes prior to the pick-up time as the tour will start on time. If you miss the bus, please meet us at the next pick-up location. Should there be any concerns, please contact us.
- Please leave us message while submitting your booking if any special bedding request. We will try our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee.
- For customer who book the extended stay at Calgary Airport Area, if no flight information was provided, guests might have to book the shuttle with hotel front desk when checking in (Subject to availability).
- According to the regulations of different hotels, you may be asked to provide credit card as a deposit for incidental expenses during the stay, such as telephone calls… ets.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of passenger's own cost.
- Suggest to bring toiletries since North America Hotels usually do not provide such amenities.
- Aside from admission fees, optional tour fees and service fees mentioned above, other fees and taxes should be paid in CAD currency by. If you choose to pay in USD currency, you should pay the price difference caused by the currency exchange rate.

- We highly recommend to check the weather forecast before your arrival because the temperature in the Rocky Mountains can drop dramatically at night.

- Suggest to bring sunscreen and sun protection products due to high UV index in Canada.
Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

The attractions included were the main reason I booked this tour, and they did not disappoint. The guide was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the trip. The booking platform provided clear information and reminders before departure, which was reassuring. My only minor concern was that some sightseeing stops felt slightly short, but given the number of places covered, it was understandable. A well-managed tour overall.

The itinerary covered many highlights, which was perfect since I had limited vacation days. I loved most of the attractions, especially the scenic stops. Transportation worked well and we always arrived on time. Personally, I would have preferred slightly more local food options instead of standard group meals, but that’s just my taste. Still a very solid experience.

Honestly? 10/10 vibes. The guide was funny, knowledgeable, and kept the energy high the whole time. Booking online was easy peasy—no glitches. Hotels were better than I expected for a group tour. Everything ran like clockwork. If you want a hassle-free trip, this is it.

This tour made traveling easy. I didn’t have to worry about tickets or directions. The schedule was packed but manageable. Hotels were comfortable and in convenient locations. Food quality was acceptable, though I would have liked a bit more variety. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend to first-time visitors.

Absolutely loved it! Everything from booking to drop-off was smooth. The guide provided clear instructions and was very attentive to the group’s needs.
