Your first stop is Yuanjiajie, a top highlight of the park that served as the real-world inspiration for the stunning Hallelujah Mountain in the movie "Avatar".

The adventure begins with an exhilarating ride on the glass-enclosed Bailong Elevator. As the world's tallest and fastest sightseeing elevator, it whisks you to the mountain top in just 88 seconds, treating you to a breathtaking panorama of the sandstone peak forest along the way.

Spend the next 2 hours exploring iconic spots like the Pillar of the Southern Sky and the Platform of Forgetfulness, and don't miss the chance to walk across the incredible "Bridge Under Heaven". Lunch will be at your own expense. Later, take the Tianzi Mountain Cable Car down, where you'll enjoy views of clusters of rocky hills passing by outside the glass windows. Challenge yourself with a walk on the transparent Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge. As the world's longest and highest glass-bottomed bridge, it gives you the thrilling sensation of floating above the ground. After crossing the bridge, you can opt for a zip line or a slide to descend to the valley floor (at your own cost).
Next, continue your trip to Baofeng Lake, an artificial reservoir formed by damming a gorge. Hop on a boat ride to admire the unique stone hills surrounding the lake and listen to the melodious folk songs sung by local young people. After soaking in the serene beauty of the lake, head back to the hotel.

Start the day with a ride on the Tianmen Mountain Cable Car, the longest cable car ride in the world. Settle in for a 28-minute journey that offers panoramic views of Zhangjiajie City, the winding 99 Bends (a road with 99 sharp curves leading up to the mountain peak), and the stunning surrounding landscapes.

Known as the soul of Zhangjiajie, Tianmen Mountain is the highest mountain in the area. Here, you'll get to experience the sky walkway, built along the edges of the mountain's summits. Stretching about 1.6 km long and sitting 1,400 m high, it offers spectacular mountain views perfect for taking amazing photos.

Then, take the escalator from the peak down to Tianmen Cave, a giant natural hole in the mountain. Formed by natural compression and collapse, it measures 131.5 meters high, 57 meters wide, and 60 meters deep, making it a rare and awe-inspiring wonder of the world. Continue your journey by walking down the extremely steep 999 steps, with the highest inclination reaching 45 degrees. This path is the only way to reach Tianmen Cave from the mountain foot and is often used by devotees coming to worship. Finally, take the cable car to descend the mountain and conclude your memorable tour.
