1. Due to limited luggage space on the tour bus, each passenger is allowed to bring only one piece of luggage (maximum 30 kg and total dimensions not exceeding 158 cm). For passengers with more than one piece of luggage (if there is enough space), an additional fee of 5 EUR per piece will be charged daily for the driver's handling. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
2. European tours differ from those in other countries. Most attractions cannot be directly accessed by the tour bus, and walking is required. If passengers have limited mobility, they may have to stay on the bus at certain sites and will not be able to visit. No compensation will be given for missed attractions. Please carefully consider this before booking, as once registered, it indicates acceptance of these terms.
3. The driver and tour guide work diligently to serve and care for all passengers during the trip. Please consider giving them a tip at the end of the tour to show appreciation for their efforts.
4. Please present this ticket when boarding. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and no refund will be issued. Our company is not responsible for such delays. In case of emergency, please call the emergency number.
5. Passengers must carry valid travel documents (passport) and visas, with at least six months of validity from the departure date. If refused entry by immigration (customs), the company is not responsible, and no refund will be provided.
6. We recommend avoiding bringing valuable items or expensive jewelry. Any valuable items and documents should be kept on you at all times. Our company, the driver, and the tour guide are not responsible for lost items.
7. All passengers must comply with local laws. The transport of contraband or prohibited items is strictly prohibited. Smoking is banned in all public places and indoor venues (including hotel rooms) in Europe, with fines of up to 1,000 EUR. Please also be aware that some places may prohibit sitting or eating on the ground.
8. Meals and entrance fees are not included in the tour price. Please bring sufficient local currency for personal expenses. If necessary, bring any personal medication.
9. If any passenger wishes to leave the tour early, return individually, or depart midway for personal reasons, our company will assist with the arrangement. However, we are not responsible for any indirect or direct costs resulting from delays or missed activities or accommodations.
10. Any passenger who deliberately disrupts the guide's work, endangers others' safety, or disturbs the normal activities and interests of the group may be asked to leave the tour. No refund will be provided for any unfinished parts of the trip, and the company will not be responsible for any actions taken after departure.
11. If a flight or bus is delayed due to technical failure or traffic congestion, the itinerary may be adjusted or canceled. Passengers cannot object or withdraw from the tour. In the case of bad weather, strikes, or unexpected events leading to delays, no compensation or refund will be provided.
12. Our company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary, accommodation, or schedule based on actual conditions. Some attractions may be closed due to holidays, and we ask passengers to accept these changes without objection.
13. If passengers share a room with someone they do not know (even if arranged by our company), the company is not responsible for any personal disputes that may arise.
14. For transportation and accommodation, including flights, trains, buses, etc., each service provider has its own policies regarding passenger safety and baggage loss. Any losses, accidents, or damages will be addressed according to the respective service provider's policies and are not the responsibility of our company.
15. We recommend passengers purchase travel insurance and baggage insurance.
16. Due to limited bus models, we are unable to accept passengers who require a wheelchair. (Note: For private group tours, please inform us in advance.)
17. Due to significant temperature differences between day and night in Europe, and because European countries have a strong environmental awareness, some hotels may not have air conditioning. This does not indicate that the hotel does not meet standards, and we ask for your understanding.
18. If the number of participants is low, passengers speaking different languages may be combined on the same bus.
19. The local tour operator has the right to use participants' images for promotional purposes and may take photos during the tour.
20. Due to possible allergies of other passengers and restrictions at some hotels, pets are not allowed on the tour. Please make arrangements for your pet in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
[European Travel Tips]
Hotel Information
European cities are small with limited hotels, often older and smaller in size compared to those in China. These hotels do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. Many European hotels also do not offer free Wi-Fi, and charges vary by hotel. European hotels do not provide hot drinking water, so please bring your own travel kettle. Be careful not to place hot kettles on carpets or tables when still hot.
The food at hotels may differ from what you're used to in China. Breakfast is simple (e.g., in Germany, it's quite rich; in Italy, it's very basic with just bread and coffee). Lunch and dinner are also not as abundant, and the portion size and quality differ significantly from domestic standards.
Please securely store valuable items and do not leave them in the hotel room. Bring a copy of your travel documents and credit card in case of loss.
Food and Beverage
European tap water is generally safe to drink, except in Italy, where it must be boiled first. Bottled mineral water is widely available in cafes, supermarkets, and highway rest stops. Please do not bring your own drinks into restaurants, especially Western-style ones, as servers are happy to sell beverages (this is customary in Europe).
Chinese restaurants in Europe vary in quality and service. You will find both stir-fried dishes and noodles. Western restaurants generally serve three-course meals: starter (soup or salad), main course (e.g., pasta or meat), and dessert. Drinks are usually not included.
Bus Travel
To avoid overcrowding at attractions, buses in most European cities park at a distance from the sites, and some ancient cities (e.g., Rome) do not allow buses to park near attractions, subject to heavy fines. There may be a bit of walking from the bus to the attraction.
Safety Tips for Bus Travel: Smoking is prohibited inside the bus, as are strong-smelling foods. Passengers should secure windows when exiting for sightseeing, meals, or shopping. Valuables should be kept with you at all times. The company is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Service Fee
The cost of living in Europe is high, and workers in industries such as hotels, restaurants, taxis, and long-distance drivers expect to receive tips for their services.
If you dine alone in a restaurant, please leave a tip of 10% of the total bill. You may also leave a small coin on the pillow for the housekeeping staff. Your driver and guide, who have worked hard to ensure your safety and comfort, would also appreciate tips for their services.
Voltage and Electrical Appliances
The voltage in Europe (and the UK) is 220V, and the plugs are different from those in China. The UK uses a three-pin triangular plug, while other European countries use a two-pin round plug.
Currency
The Euro is the official currency in most EU countries (except the UK and Switzerland). Please exchange currency in advance to avoid high exchange fees at local banks. It's also helpful to carry some coins for tips. Most stores accept credit cards.
Other Tips:
Most European attractions offer discounts for students, so don't forget to bring your student card.
European weather is unpredictable, so bring an umbrella and a warm jacket.
To avoid jet lag or discomfort, bring any personal medications. If you have a chronic condition, bring your medical history for reference.
Smoking is prohibited in public places in Italy and Spain. Fines of 3,000–6,000 EUR will be imposed if caught smoking.
Museums in Europe prohibit bringing drinks inside, and large bags are not allowed. Photography and filming are banned in galleries.
Many churches in Europe perform security checks on visitors. Certain clothing (e.g., sleeveless tops, shorts, sandals) or items (e.g., hats, food, pets) may result in refusal of entry.
Beware of Pickpockets: European cities are hotspots for pickpocketing, so always keep an eye on your valuables, especially your wallet, camera, and passport. It's advisable to keep your money separated for safety.
