• Passports with a minimum of 6 months validity after return date are required and are at your expense.
• Please contact the consulate/embassy and family doctor for further details on medical vaccinations that may be required for specific countries.
• Non-US citizens please check with your nearest consulate.
• Day 1 is the start date and first hotel night included with the journey. Please arrange flights to arrive on or before Day 1.
• Guests arriving on Day 1 should arrive at least two hours before the last complimentary airport transfer time.
• To give ample time for check-in and security, we recommend arriving at the airport 3 hours prior to your flight departure.
• Due to limited motorcoach capacity, a single bag is allowed with dimensions no more than 77.5cm (30.5in) x 56cm (22in) x 32cm (12.5in) and weight not exceeding 50 lbs. (23kg). Carry-on/hand luggage is restricted to one piece per person, not exceeding 30cm (12in) x 28cm (11in) x 14cm (6in) to fit under your coach seat or in the small overhead compartment. Carry-ons with telescopic handles and wheels will not fit in the overhead compartments or under seats and therefore, cannot be accepted as carry-on luggage. Carry-on/hand luggage handling is the responsibility of each guest and must be taken on and off the coach by you each day of the guided holiday.
• All guests must be in possession of a machine-readable passport valid for 6 months after their trip return date along with applicable visas. Due to government imposed security/ immigration measures, passport and emergency contact information is required for all guests prior to the release of travel documents.
• On all guided holidays young traveler s under 5 years of age are not eligible to travel. Young  traveler s under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, who will be responsible for their welfare and supervision. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to guests under the legal age for alcohol consumption in the country being visited. Minors under age 18 traveling to certain foreign countries must be accompanied by both parents or have a notarized letter of consent signed by the parent(s) not traveling.
