• NORTHERN LIGHTS: Please note that the Northern Lights are a natural occurrence and cannot be guaranteed.
• NOTE: For Helsinki and the sightseeing in Oslo, standard local coaches without the extra legroom may be used. Otherwise, the coach is an Insight Vacations 40-seater coach with extra legroom & Wi-Fi but note there may be an issue with the toilet being frozen in -20 degrees so we cannot guarantee that these will be available to use.
• INTERNAL FLIGHTS: A single checked bag is allowed - suitcases must not exceed 23kg (50lbs) in weight, with dimensions of 77.5cm x 56cm x 32cm (30.5" x 22" x 12.5"). (23kg). Carry-on/hand luggage must not exceed dimensions of 30cm x 28cm x 14cm (12" x 11" x 6") and a weight limit of 7kg (15.4lbs).
• Due to limited motorcoach capacity, a single bag is allowed with dimensions no more than 77.5cm (30.5in) x 56cm (22in) x 32cm (12.5in) and weight not exceeding 50 lbs. (23kg). Carry-on/hand luggage is restricted to one piece per person, not exceeding 30cm (12in) x 28cm (11in) x 14cm (6in) to fit under your coach seat or in the small overhead compartment.
• Carry-ons with telescopic handles and wheels will not fit in the overhead compartments or under seats and therefore, cannot be accepted as carry-on luggage. Carry-on/hand luggage handling is the responsibility of each guest and must be taken on and off the coach by you each day of the guided holiday.
• PORTERAGE: Please note porterage will not be provided at the Moxy Bergen and will only be provided at check-out at the Glo Art Hotel Helsinki. 
• Passports with a minimum of 6 months validity after return date are required and are at your expense.
• Please contact the consulate/embassy and family doctor for further details on medical vaccinations that may be required for specific countries.
• Non-US citizens please check with your nearest consulate.
• Day 1 is the start date and first hotel night included with the journey. Please arrange flights to arrive on or before Day 1.
• Guests arriving on Day 1 should arrive at least two hours before the last complimentary airport transfer time.
• To give ample time for check-in and security, we recommend arriving at the airport 3 hours prior to your flight departure. 
• All guests must be in possession of a machine-readable passport valid for 6 months after their trip return date along with applicable visas. Due to government imposed security/ immigration measures, passport and emergency contact information is required for all guests prior to the release of travel documents.
• On all guided holidays young traveler s under 5 years of age are not eligible to travel. Young  traveler s under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, who will be responsible for their welfare and supervision. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to guests under the legal age for alcohol consumption in the country being visited. Minors under age 18 traveling to certain foreign countries must be accompanied by both parents or have a notarized letter of consent signed by the parent(s) not traveling. Insight is not responsible for any losses if you fail to have appropriate documentation. If the other parent is deceased or the child has only one legal parent, a notarized statement must be obtained as proof. Countries have different age limits for the consumption of alcohol and other activities. You must ensure you satisfy the age limits before participating in any activity with age limits (such as the consumption of alcohol) and you release us from all liability and claims arising from your inability to participate in such activities.
