- Triple rooms subject to availability and upon request. If triple rooms are available, they will only be provided to families with children under 12 years old and not to three adults under any circumstances.
- If the departure does not reach a minimum occupancy of 10 passengers , the tour will be escorted by a Driver-Guide , who will perform the typical functions of a Tour Leader , in addition to driving.
- Optional excursions require a minimum of 8 participants to proceed.

- Any issues, missed services, or other financial losses resulting from the traveler not appearing at the specified times and locations (at the start of the trip and during the trip) are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
