- Triple rooms subject to availability and upon request. If triple rooms are available, they will only be provided to families with children under 12 years old and not to three adults under any circumstances.
- If the departure does not reach a minimum occupancy of 10 passengers , the tour will be escorted by a Driver-Guide , who will perform the typical functions of a Tour Leader , in addition to driving.
- Optional excursions require a minimum of 8 participants to proceed.

- Passports information is mandatory at least 30 days prior to departure. Essential for internal flights and admission to certain monuments. If not sent on time, service may not be guaranteed.

- We cannot guarantee that all hotels will offer double rooms with a king-size bed. Some hotels and cruise ships may only provide twin-bed rooms. In some hotels, twin rooms may consist of one large bed and a sofa bed or an extra bed.
