ENTRANCE & GUIDE:
- The first entrance to the citadel requires the mandatory accompaniment of a guide. Please note that the guided tour lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- The route to visit the Machu Picchu citadel and schedules are subject to availability.
- For the purchase of tickets to Machu Picchu it is necessary to send full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number of passengers, which must match the current passport that will be used for the trip. It is important to take into account that the entrance tickets to the citadel are non-refundable from the time of purchase.
- To preserve the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, as well as its status as a World Heritage Site, the Ministry of Culture has established different circuits to visit it. We will ensure that your visit to the archaeological site is a memorable experience. However, please remember that Circuit 2 or Circuit 3 will be assigned subject to availability.
LUGGAGES:
- If passengers spend the night in the Sacred Valley, Tours4fun will take care of transferring the luggage to the hotel in Cusco. On the other hand, if they stay in Cusco, the luggage will remain in the hotel storage.
- Carry the same document that you presented to the agency, given that train tickets and entrance to Machu Picchu will be issued with this information.
- In all train services to Machu Picchu, the passenger may carry only hand luggage (backpack, bag or briefcase) of no more than 5 kg/ 11 lb on the train to/from Machu Picchu. You will find your luggage at the chosen hotel.

- Do not feed or buy wild animals, always try to keep your distance.
- Avoid buying endemic plants and products derived from endangered species.
- Minimize water use; don't leave the tap or shower running.
- Reduce energy usage: Turn off lights, air conditioning, and unplug your charger when not in use.
- Reduce plastic use: choose to refill your water bottle and recycle single-use ones.
- Avoid using sprays, including repellents, sunscreens, sunblocks, etc.
- Ask permission before taking someone's photo.
- Do not include minors in photographs.
- Be respectful of local beliefs and traditions.
- Please respect the instructions for preserving material heritage.

- By providing us with your passengers' email and telephone number with access to WhatsApp, they will receive informative communications about their journey. This includes:
- A message 7 days before their arrival in Peru with: Tours4fun presentation, travel recommendations, map and general information about their trip (only by email).
- The day before the trip, they will receive the details of their first day in Peru, the airport map,Tours4fun contact 24/7 and will be able to review their complete itinerary.
- During the trip, they will receive a daily mail with the itinerary and pick-up times for the next day.
- 24 hours after leaving Peru, they will receive an email thanking them for their visit with a survey to evaluate our services. Results can be shared with the international travel agency.
- Email messages can be customized with your company logo.
- Additionally, they will be able to interact with our chatbot to resolve any doubts through WhatsApp.

- All rates are per person and apply to foreign passengers only.
- Pick-up times for shared service visits are for reference only and may have a waiting time of 30 minutes.
- Rates do not apply to residents with a stay longer than 60 days or to corporate passengers (from 4 nights or more in Lima).
- Reservations must include each passenger's full name, nationality, passport number, age and date of birth.
- Early arrival on day 1 does not guarantee the availability of hotel rooms. Standard check-in times apply, unless additional nights of accommodations are purchased to ensure immediate access to rooms.
- Our accommodation rates include breakfast. Breakfasts have assigned schedules according to the policies of each hotel establishment, being generally between 06:00 – 10:00; if the passenger has a transfer or withdraw before the assigned time, the passenger will lose this benefit, not being able to be compensated in another hotel. The services of Room Service or of a box breakfast have an additional cost and don’t compensate the breakfast that can’t be served. 
* For reservations with train services to Machu Picchu, the seats are assigned according to the availability of the car. Locations can only be arranged after the ticket has been issued. 
* The entrance to Machu Picchu or any other ticket purchase outside this time range, is not considered within these cancellation fees. Once it is issued, a 100% cost of the ticket will be charged.
* The tickets to Machu Picchu will be purchased as soon as we have the passenger's information. Once purchased, in case of cancellation, the 100% cost of the ticket will be charged.
* In case of no-shows (defined according to hotel policy), there will be a surcharge of 18% (IGV - General Sales Tax) in addition to the rate.  
* Groups with over 17 passengers or Incentive Groups may have special cancellation policies depending to the hotels used.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE ENTRANCE IN PERU
- Confirm with your embassy if you need a VISA to enter Peru (or any other country included in your itinerary). Tours4fun is not responsible if a guest does not have all the necessary documentation to enter the country. The foreigner who travels to Peru must ensure that the validity of his passport is not less than six months to enter the national territory.
GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
- We recommend comfortable and light clothing for visiting the coastal areas of Peru and warm clothes for the high Andean area. Visitors are not advised to wear sleeves shirts, shorts, short skirts or short clothing when visiting religious temples or official buildings. Sunscreen, sunglasses, hat and mosquito repellent can be very useful during your stay.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TRANSFERS
- Passengers are entitled to carry up to 20 kg of luggage in the hold and 5 kg in hand luggage. The excess will be allowed according to the capacity of the bus and will have an additional cost.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
