• If you cancel on the start date of the Tour or any time thereafter (including by leaving the Tour) or you do not show up for the Tour, you will be liable to pay the Fee in full and no refund will be made to you.
Notas especiales
- We always recommend travelling with a backpack and packing light! 10-20kgs of stuff should be plenty. We will be using mainly trains for transport so dragging around a huge suitcase is not much fun. Depending on your onward travel plans there is luggage storage at the airports or at some accommodations if needed.
- Please bring all valuable items with you at all times. Do not leave valuable items on the bus or at the hotel, attraction, or restaurant. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers, and tour guides are not responsible for any loss or theft at any location.
- The name on your booking must be exactly the same as the name on your passport. Any discrepancy between the booking information and your passport may result in you not being able to board your flight. In this case, you will need to book a new flight at your own expense.
- Viewpoint in NB is a tough climb but can be stopped at any time.
- For tours with an age range of 18–49, the average age of participants is usually in the late 20s to early 30s. We kindly ask you to be aware of this to ensure your comfort and to avoid any impact on your experience or that of the group.
Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

I just finished my 12-day Vietnam intro trip and would highly recommend it. This was my third trip with Intro, and it definitely wont be my last.
I had the pleasure of having Bela Morgado as our group leader, and I only have positive things to say about her. Shes an incredibly kind and lovely person who put so much effort into making this trip fantastic. Bela is knowledgeable, organized, reliable and always there to help with anything we needed, bringing everyone together.
As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe throughout the entire trip, which is especially important when exploring a new country.
The itinerary was a great mix of history and modern Vietnam, with all the activities well thought out and organized.
Along with the planned activities, everywhere we went Bela would provide us with a list of recommendations for restaurants, cafes, historical buildings and additional cool to see places.
My only regret is not booking the Vietnam and Cambodia combo, but I guess that means Ill have to come back next time!

My friend and I joined the Vietnam Intro 12 day tour in November. We have had the best experience, everything was organised seamlessly, and our guide (Charlie) was amazing! He was always energetic and helpful- no matter how silly a question we asked. We couldnt have wished for a better tour guide or experience, the group were so friendly and it felt like a proper family.
Charlie ensured that we always ran on time to the schedule, and had enough time at each of our stops. He is a great photographer and has been an amazing friend throughout. Couldnt recommend Charlie enough- hes simply the best!
The highlight of the trip was definitely Ninh Binh Homestay, and exploring Ha Long Bay

Just finished Vietnam 12 day and it was awesome group leader Charlie made the trip smooth and everyone had a great time
