Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

The itinerary was well thought out, hitting the must-sees like Topkapi Palace and Cappadocia while still leaving space to breathe. Transport was smooth, and I actually enjoyed the Anatolian train ride a lot. Hotels were fine, and breakfast was better than expected. The guide was top-notch, really brought the history to life.

I travel a lot, and this was one of the best group tours I’ve done. Istanbul’s mosques and palaces were breathtaking, and the Bosphorus cruise was such a highlight. Cappadocia felt like a dream — fairy chimneys, caves, and landscapes I’ll never forget.
Our guide made history come alive and gave us personal tips for free time (like where to find the best baklava!). Hotels had generous breakfasts and comfy beds, which was perfect after long sightseeing days. Honestly, it felt like every day was a new adventure.

Mixed feelings — amazing sights, but tiring schedule
I’ll be honest — Turkey itself is stunning, and the itinerary really covers a lot. Malbork Castle and the underground city were unforgettable experiences. That said, this trip was a bit too exhausting for me. We were constantly moving, and sometimes it felt like we were ticking boxes instead of fully experiencing each spot.
Hotels were fine but not always centrally located, which made evenings feel limited. The guide was knowledgeable, though at times a little rushed. Not a bad tour, just be prepared for long days if you’re not a fast-paced traveler.
