• Cancellation Policy:
  * During the High and Middle periods:
  - 13 days and more prior to departure date: 10% penalty;
  - 12 days or less prior to departure date: no refund.
  * During the Low Period:
  - 6 days and more prior to departure date: 5% penalty;
  - 5 days or less prior to departure date: the first night no refund.
• Check-in time is at 14.00pm, and checkout time is at 12.00pm (Noon time). Late checkout supplement charges till 18.00pm: 50% of contracted room rate will be applied, after 18.00pm: full room rate to be charged.
