• Know before you go:
  - We pick you up from your accommodation in Istanbul and transfer you to the airport. There is no assistant at the airport, you must proceed yourself to the check-in desk of the airline listed on your ticket. In Cappadocia, we will meet you at the exit of the airport with a sign with your name. The process will be the same on the way back.
  - When you arrive at the destination airport, the driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it.
  - Baggage allowance is 15 kg plus 3 kg of hand luggage.
  - Optimum weather conditions are needed for a hot air balloon flight. All flights can be canceled at any time by the Civil Aviation Authority.
  - If you make a balloon flight ticket reservation with the activity provider and your flight gets canceled due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
