• This tour requires a minimum of 4 passengers to operate. If minimum numbers are not met we reserve the right to cancel the tour.
• Please arrive at the agreed location 15 minutes before the day of travel, if you are late or not present, we will regard it as you automatically abandon the itinerary and we will not be refunded.
• The tour duration and viewpoint may be changed or extended depending on weather or traffic conditions.
• Selection of vehicle type will follow the actual number of customers.
• Customers will be contacted the day prior to the scheduled service date by our customer service team to reconfirm the pickup location and time.
• Please confirm the pickup locations with hotel staff the day before your trip, and arrive at the pickup location on time for your trip. There will be no refund if a customer is late or misses the tour.
• Vehicle Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be on the same vehicle unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same vehicle as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
• Luggage Policy: one standard size carry-on (10"x11"x18") and one personal item (ex. purse or camera bag) per person ONLY. This policy is strictly enforced. Extra luggage cannot be transported.
• Car seats are available for no additional charge(Limited, First come first served); please arrange by calling the service team after booking.
• Confirmation will be sent within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability.
• Casual, comfortable clothing is suggested (shorts, jeans, comfortable shoes).
• It is highly suggested you bring extra water as well as sunscreen, chap stick, sunglasses, and a hat.
• Please bring motion sickness medication if necessary.
• Your cell phone may not have service in some areas.
• The Grand Canyon is 20-25 degrees cooler than Las Vegas, so layered clothing is suggested for winter months.
• If you plan to have a night tour or show for the same day after the tour, please leave enough time for each activity. The tour duration may be changed or extended depending on weather, traffic conditions.
• Please bring along the voucher and passport or U.S government issued photo ID to complete the process.
