You do not need to make reservations for Xcaret, Xplor, and Xenses. The shuttle bus runs every 20-30 minutes from parks and to the hotel. All of the other parks need reservations made in advance.

How to make reservation in advance:
1. You can make reservation one day prior to check-in date at the hotel desk.
2. You can call hotel phone number and direct to Guest Service or concierge departments.
Isla Mujeres:
The hotel provides transportation services to and from the Cancun marina, and a ferry to and from Isla Mujeres, where you can experience the magnificent sea view of the Caribbean Sea on Isla Mujeres and check in to the mysterious Mayan goddess.
