• For customers who will go back to the United States, a paper report showing a negative test result within 24 hours is needed.  We can take you to the testing point for testing after the city tour on the last day of the trip, and then send you to the airport. The test fee is about$30 at your own expense.
• Please be advised to wear comfortable shoes for walking, and bring sunscreen, sunglasses if needed. Also remember to carry credit card and cash for personal expenses.
• Time scheduled will be based off traffic in Mexico City, arrival time may be delayed due to traffic.
• Tour date and time listed can be changed due to weather, traffic and etc), we do not suggest to leave the tour early.
• Please bring valid Identification.
• All hotel rooms are Non-Smoking, any violation will cause $200-$800(USD) penalty.
• Hotel Check-in Time is 3:00pm Local Time, If customer select to check in early or self check in, will need to get confirmation number in order to check in.
• If any tour dates are during Holidays, Museum or other sightseeing sports might be closed, tour guide will provide alternative itinerary.
• Local operator has the right to cancel, change, or modify any itineray due to weather, traffic, politics, or any other unchangeable reasons.
• If you need to book an air ticket, we recommend that you please book your air ticket after you receive confirmation email for your reservation within one to two business days from us.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
