  • The Cancun Hotel is subject to an environmental sanitation protection tax of 25-30 pesos/room/night (approximately $1-$1.5/room/night, and the amount required by each hotel varies). This fee is payable on the spot at the time of check-in at the hotel, without prior advance payment.
  • Optional tours and mandatory fees are not covered in the tour cost; kindly pay these directly to the guide during the tour. For details, please check the daily itinerary. (Costs listed are estimated; the tour guide will provide final confirmation.)

- Cancellation Made Within 37 and less days prior to check-in date, No Refund;
- Cancellation Made 38 and more days prior to check-in date, Refund 95% of total purchase amount.
• If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
• Additional hotel bookings before or after the tour as well as other services are subject to hotel cancellation policy to determine if a refund is possible.
• If the guest quits during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated.

Notas especiales

  • Customer under 18 years old should be accompanied by at least one adult family member.
  • Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required.
  • Sun protections are needed and should be used before entering the tourist attractions.
  • Cozy outfit and sneakers are suggested. Please also use sun protections. Carry credit cards and small amount of cash for souvenir and other personal expenses.
  • For guests planning to swim in the cenote, swimming suits, towels, and clothes for change should be prepared in advance.
  • Please do reconfirm with us for the price and room availability when you book this hotel.
  • Check-in: 15:00pm-24:00pm and Check-out: before 12:00pm.
  • Smoking is prohibited. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room.
  • The environmental tax that guest has to pay directly at the resort is $8.86 pesos/room/night.
  • Each guest can have the free Antigen Test (entry test meeting the requirements of CDC in the United States) in the hotel. Please check with hotel customer center with passport.
  • Valid credit is needed when check in hotel. If there is no additional fee, it will be unauthorized when check out.

Warm reminder when entering South American countries: Valid documents (US green card/Canadian visa/Schengen visa, etc.) with an extension stamp cannot enter the country.
