• If any attractions are temporarily closed or under maintenance, the guide will adjust the itinerary and provide alternative sites based on current conditions.
• On the day of the tour, if the group has 14 or fewer participants, a driver-guide service will be provided.
• During major Hawaiian holidays (e.g., hula competitions), hotel availability may be limited, and accommodations may not be guaranteed.
• Hawaiian tour prices are subject to fluctuations in airfare and hotel rates, which may result in price increases or sold-out hotels. Please contact us for the latest information before booking, or refer to the final confirmation from our customer service after placing your order.
• Service fees for guides and drivers, as well as any optional activities not included in the tour price, must be paid in cash. Please plan accordingly in your travel budget.
• During peak season, due to limited hotel room availability, we may provide accommodations at a hotel of the same standard. Thank you for your understanding.
• Most Hawaiian hotels require a valid credit card for a deposit at check-in. Any special requests will be handled according to the hotel's check-in policy.
• Upon airport pick-up, the guide will provide important information and your Hawaiian itinerary, including nearby restaurants, beaches, and shopping options.
• To ensure a smooth tour, the sequence of activities will follow the schedule provided by your pick-up guide.
• For any optional activities not attended, they will be considered waived, and no refunds or credits for other paid items will be given. Please inform the guide in advance if you choose not to participate.
• On the last day, or if you have free time and need luggage storage, most Hawaiian hotels charge for luggage storage: approximately $2 per bag for same-day pick-up, or $10-12 per person. Overnight storage is generally not allowed (a regulation since 9/11). If you wish to store luggage with a local travel agency, the fee is $25 per bag for up to 3 days. Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
