* 63 days or more prior to the departure date: 30% penalty fee;
* 48-62 days prior to the departure date: 50% penalty fee;
* 0-47 days prior to the departure date: 100% penalty fee, non-refundable;
* No-show on tour, 100% penalty fee.

The Aurora Borealis is a natural phenomenon. There is no way for us to guarantee that you will see the Aurora. We do our best to provide premier locations for viewing, should the Aurora come out. Please check weather and Aurora reports before booking your tour with us. If the Aurora does not appear, your money will not be refunded.
