【Pick-up Location in Yellowknife】
* Meeting place at the Yellowknife airport: At the luggage carousel place and the tour guide will hold a welcome card.
* If you do not need the pick-up service, please inform us at least 7 days prior to the departure date, otherwise you need to take the shuttle to the hotel by yourself.
* Please provide the correct flight information. Additional charge will be applied If an extra pick up is required due to the incorrect information.
【Pick-up Location in Calgary】
* Pick up time (9am to 9pm every 2 hours, pre-booking required), please add your pick-up time when providing your flight details.
- From 9:00 to 21:00, airport pickups will be scheduled every two hours on the hour. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend waiting times.
- In case of flight delays or cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the next available shuttle with vacant seats.
* Please meet our guide at Arrival Hall (1st Floor), Exit 7 near the Visitor Information Centre of Calgary International Airport.
* If you miss the scheduled pick-up time, you must inform us in advance, and we will reschedule the pick-up time as close as possible. If you can't make it to the last pick-up time, you need to take the shuttle to the hotel by yourself.
* If you do not need the pick-up service, please inform us at least 7 days prior to the departure date, otherwise you need to take the shuttle to the hotel by yourself.

Cancellation Made Within 16 days prior to departure, No Refund
Cancellation Made Within 17 days to 32 days prior to departure, Refund 40% of total purchase amount
Cancellation Made 33 or more days prior to departure, Refund 90% of total purchase amount

• Change of departure date will be considered as a cancellation.
• Decrease in number of guests, change the optional admissions & group meal purchase, as well as amending extended hotel stay will be considered as cancellation.
• All optional tours are non-refundable. Refund will be done only due to weather and force majeure event happens and the optional tours could not be continued.
• Additional fees, including but not limited to associated credit card or wire transfer service charges, will be applied to any cancellation or amendment request.

Notas especiales

Please note that you need to book your own flight from Yellowknife to Calgary.
Each person is allowed to check in and carry on only one piece of baggage, any additional baggage will incur an extra fee of CAD$50+5%GST per piece.
The aurora is an unique phenomenon in the polar regions but it is still weather dependents.
Please be ready and show up at meeting location 5-10 minutes prior to the meeting time as the tour will start on time. If you miss the bus, please go to next pick up location to meet the group. Should there be any concerns, please contact us.
Upgrade fees do not include breakfast (need to pay extra).

One piece of checked luggage & one piece of carry-on luggage, with applicable size restrictions, are allowed for each person.
All room types are based on double occupancy. No extra bed for 3rd & 4th person.
Should there be any itinerary details/price discrepancies from our website, the company's invoice will be considered as the final confirmation.
We highly recommend to check the weather forecast before your arrival because the temperature in the Rocky Mountains can drop dramatically at night. In the summer during the Day, it is usually is from 20-25 degree Celsius ＆ Evening from 10-15 degree Celsius.
Suggest to bring a warm coat because the temperature at the Columbia Icefield could be under 10 degree Celsius even in summer.
Suggest to bring sunscreen and sun protection products due to high UV index in Canada.
Suggest to bring toiletries since North America Hotels usually do not provide such amenities.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information.
