Guests are able to determine the parks to visit when booking the tour, or after arriving at Orlando. (Gulf of Mexico Tour 1-day Tour is only available at Saturday and Sunday, St Augustine Tour Saturday Only.)
The water parks are available the whole year round. (The open time is according to the schedule of each park.)
Selfie sticks are no longer permitted at Disney Theme Parks.
When selfie sticks are found at bag check, Guest Relations runners at bag check will escort the guest to Guest Relations. Guest Relations will tag the device and give the guest a claim ticket for retrieval upon exit.
LEGOLAND Theme Park will be available every day. LEGOLAND Water Park will be available seasonal. LEGOLAND Water Park is a limited option with LEGOLAND Theme Park. Guests who choose to visit LEGOLAND Theme Park may pay an additional upgrade fee of $20.00 for the admission to LEGOLAND Water Park. Transportation and Service Fee ($10.00/person) are not included.
As a reminder, due to the rule imposed by Universal Parks, if you choose Volcano Bay Water Park as one of your destinations, you must also purchase the tickets for Universal Studios and Island of Adventure as well. For those who wish to go Volcano Bay Water Park, please reserve 3 days for the three theme parks.

Flight information must be provided in order for airport transfer services to be arranged. If flight information is not provided or relayed at the last minute, we will assume you have arranged your own transportation and no driver will be sent. If you decide to make the trip from the airport to the hotel yourself, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of airport transfer service, you may still request the said service provided we receive the request well in advance. Urgent requests to reinstate airport shuttle service will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4Fun/local provider will attempt to arrange pick-up at a later time, but this is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available, all guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation from the airport to the hotel.
In the event of overbooking during peak season, we will arrange for your stay in a hotel of equal or near-equal standards of service.

Q:What is the procedure of check-in and check-out?
A:The procedure is rather simple and professional tour guides will be arranged by our company to assist our dear guests.
Q: Is deposit required for the villa, exactly how much and do they take cash?
A: USD$200.00/town house, credit card, and cash both are accepted.
Q: Do they provide a 24-hour front desk concierge?
A: Yes, a 24-hour front desk concierge is provided for our dear guests.
Q: Which vacation houses facilities are free to use?
A: Outdoor pools, fitness center, kitchenware, grillers, laundry machine, hairdryer, and iron are free to use.
Q: Are laundry machine and hairdryer provided?
A: One laundromat is provided in each villa, with one dose of laundry powder/detergent, which guests are welcome to use. Hairdryer and iron are also provided in each villa.
Q: Is Wi-Fi free to use?
A: Yes, free Wi-Fi is provided covering every room in the villa.
Q: Can we play online games (PS4, etc.)?
A: Yes, the TVs can be linked to video games.
Q: How can we travel to the supermarket?
A: We provide complimentary transfer service to the supermarket, (once for 4 to 7-day tours, twice for tours longer than 7 days).
Q: What meals can we have in the vacation house?
A: Because there is a kitchen in each villa and free shuttle bus is provided, meals are mostly cooked by our guests, though some guests choose to hold barbecue or order take-outs. If guests choose to participate in the amusement parks tour or special one-day tour, our guests are supposed to have meals by themselves.
Q: Are toiletries provided?
A: Like all other hotels in the US, toiletries are not provided.
Q: Is cleaning service provided every day?
A: During the stay at villa, guests are supposed to clean up by themselves. However, if staying longer than 7 nights, one free cleaning will be provided. The cleaning fee after leaving the villa is included.
Q: How should we dispose daily garbage?
A: Our dear guests just need to bag domestic garbage and throw it at the designated location (usually at the entrance of the holiday villa).
Q: How do people travel to different amusement?
A: Living at CLC World Resort, paid shuttle is provided by our company (USD $10.00/person round-trip. *If you choose Legoland, our company only provides paid shuttle to the city center, then you will need to take the Legoland shuttle bus.)
Besides, guests can always use Uber.
Q: Are there any other fees other than the tour fee?
A: Please refer to section Cost Includes and Cost Excludes.Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
