This is popular tour for this season only, suggest to book 1-2 month prior to departure date to secure the seats.

None of the expenses will be refunded if a customer chooses to cancel.

Yuki no Otani (Snow Wall Walk): This is a special event. For safety reasons, the organizer may cancel or shorten the time of the event due to low visibility, snow, snow removal operation, and other operational reasons.

Please bring your own lunch or buy it during a break in the tour.

On the Alpine Route, the tour travels through the mountains using a number of vehicles. Please come with clothes, shoes and bags that enable you to walk easily and comfortably. Putting your belongings in a backpack is particularly recommended.

Wearing clothes and shoes that let you move easily and comfortably is strongly recommended.

Travelling along the Alpine Route might have to be discontinued in case of bad weather or other conditions. In such a case, vehicle fares for the areas not yet traveled will be refunded.

If the departure time on Day 2 is early morning (5:30～8:30), a boxed bento breakfast may be be served.

2 single rooms might be provided in some cases for those who made a reservation with 1 room for 2 participants.

Depending on traffic conditions etc, the order of the itinerary may change.

This tour is operated with a mix of Japanese and foreign passengers. A staff member will give you the basic information, such as meeting place and time at each stop in English or Chinese, although they won’t give you detailed information on the places visited.

The tour conductor will arrive at the meeting place via different departure points to pick up other guests. Although the tour conductor/sightseeing bus could be late to the meeting place due to road conditions, they will eventually arrive, so please wait at the designated meeting point.

We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather etc.)

A decision on whether to cancel the tour will be decided by 3pm Japan Standard Time one day before the tour date. We will inform you by e-mail.

The tour end point may be different from the meeting point. Ask the tour conductor on the day.

The amended Act on the Protection of Personal Information came into effect on 30 May 2017. Customer information (name, age, gender etc.) may be forwarded to the hotels or necessary entities for the purpose of making tour arrangements. This condition shall be deemed to have been accepted by the customer upon completion of the reservation.
