7-Day Hawaii Tour with Oahu & Hilo | 2-14 Pax Small Group Tour

• Small Group Note (up to 14 people): Oahu tours operate with 2-14 people per group. On Big Island, due to geography, holidays, and conventions, group size may range from 2-30. We aim to use 14-seat vehicles whenever possible, except in cases of force majeure.
• If attractions are temporarily closed or under maintenance, the guide will substitute with alternative sites.
• If the group size on the day of the tour is 14 or fewer, a driver-guide service will be provided.
• The tour includes a one-way flight from Big Island to Oahu, so the tour price may fluctuate based on airfare. U.S. domestic flights require passenger information; to save booking time, please provide the following when reserving:
  Gender
  Date of birth
  Full name in Chinese and pinyin
  Mobile phone number
• This information must match your passport or ID to purchase inter-island flights successfully.
• We will do our best to follow the planned itinerary and designated hotels. However, uncontrollable factors may require changes to the itinerary or hotel—thank you for your understanding.
• If inter-island flights are canceled or delayed due to the airline or force majeure, the company cannot provide compensation; passengers must contact the airline directly. We will assist where possible.
• Most Hawaiian hotels require a valid credit card for check-in as a deposit. Any special requests are subject to the hotel's policies.
• The sequence of the itinerary may vary depending on departure date, but all planned content will remain the same.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
