• If you would like us to book rail way ticket from Shanghai/Hangzhou/other cities to Huangshan or from Huangshan to Shanghai/Hangzhou/other cities, please choose the option when booking to get the quotation with ￥30.00/ticket booking fee. And please send us a photo of your passport's first page to process the booking. You can board the train after presenting your passport. We will send the scanned copy of the high-speed train tickets to you in advance, so you will know the date, train number, carriage number, and seat number.
• Please coordinate the schedule of your flight with the tour timings mentioned in its itinerary. We recommend that you book your air tickets after you receive E-ticket confirming all details for your tour reservation within one to two business days from us.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
