The inter-islands air ticket can't be signed, changed or refunded once the ticket is confirmed.

Because this tour contains the inter-islands air ticket between Honolulu to Maui or Big Island, the tour fee may vary due to the instability of air fares. Please bring umbrella, coat (subject to weather), and bottled water for the trip to Maui and Big Island. And DO bring your ID card and flight ticket.

Pearl Harbor will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New year.

The tour price may vary especially during holidays due to the hotel, tax and fuel surcharge fluctuation. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

If we confirm that the tour fare will be adjusted after 24 hours of your booking, we will continue processing your orders after obtaining your approval.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
