Cancellation Policy:
*11 and more days prior to departure: no penalty of tour fee. Add-on service, such as hotel, depends on the actual situation;
*8-10 days prior to departure: 50% of the total purchase amount. Add-on service, such as hotel, depends on the actual situation;
*1-7 dayS prior to departure: 100% of the total purchase amount;
*If visitors cannot join the tour because of personal reason, the fee for hotels and transportation is not refundable.

Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult.

Itinerary will be subject to traffic and weather.

In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction etc.), tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.

This tour doesn't accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attractions. Passengers who take this tour need to purchase admission tickets from tour escort on the departure date. Otherwise, we will stop providing services on the day.

We make every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factor including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical problem.

Please reach the departure point on time and follow the arrangement of tour escort.

Before doing an individual activity or leaving the group, please get the agreement of the tour guide.

Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required.

If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.

Due to the popularity of tours during the high season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels that offer similar standards of service to replace.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.

Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. As some hotels require, customers must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination, to cooperate with card swiping for deposit and check-in procedures according to the different regulations of the hotel. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to your card within 7-14 working days after check-out.
