* 0 - 17 Days Prior to Departure Date: No Amendment will be accepted.

- Change flight information

3rd person Cancellation Policy for Buy 2 Get 3rd Discount:
We will reserve bus seats for 3rd discounted passengers.
* No-Show on Tour: $313.00/person penalty fee, paid in cash on tour by the other participating travelers of the reservation.
【Morning Tour, Night Tour Cancellation Policy】
- Morning tour and night tour require a minimum of 4 guests to operate. If the quantity is not met, Tours4Fun will refund 100% of the morning tour and night tour fees.
- Cancellation at least 24 hours prior to departure date -100% refund
- Cancellation within 24 hours - no refund
- There will be no refund for customers who can't join the morning tour or night tour on time.
Other Policy:
* Other expense (For example, booking pre or post hotel extension, prepaid optional tours) will be non-refundable and non-changeable.
Add-on Hotel & Airport Pick-up Service before Tours. Please choose whether you need when you book tour.
* Add the hotel before the pick up tour (same as the hotel on the group), Fixed price, guaranteed to have a room! At picking-up from airport, our tour guide and driver will bring you to hotel, and assist to check in. (The maximum limit per room is 4 people)
* If you add-on Hotel Service (+H), you can enjoy free airport pick-up service from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm (No. 1 Baggage Claims) at the Seattle Airport (SEA). Other pick-up location: Train station in Seattle (9:00 am to 10:00 pm).
* If only add-on hotel service (+H) is booked without a day trip to Portland Outlets, you need to take care of the transportation of the next day by yourself.
Itinerary will be subject to traffic and weather. The sequence of the attractions might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
The tour guide reserves the right to change the itinerary due to attractions closed or special events held especially on holidays.
In case of extreme weather condition, war, strike and other force majeure events,Tours4Fun reserves the right to change the itinerary and all costs are not refundable.
In case of guests voluntarily giving up the tour because of personal reasons, all costs including hotels, transportation etc. is not refundable.
Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.

As some hotels require, customers must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination, to cooperate with card swiping for deposit and check-in procedures according to the different regulations of the hotel. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to your card within 7-14 working days after check-out.
