Tour fees and hotel fees are not refundable if the tour is canceled by customers.

Cancellation Policy:
* 25 and More Days Prior to Departure Date: 90% of total purchase amount can be refunded;
* 16 - 24 Days Prior to Departure Date: 80% of total purchase amount can be refunded;
* 7 - 15 Days Prior to Departure Date: 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded;
* 0 - 6 Days Prior to Departure Date: Non-refundable.

Change Policy:
* 4 and more days prior to departure date - $30 service fee per time
* No changes can be made within 3 days prior to the departure date

Please bring relevant travel documents (passport, alien card, and visa). You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents including your valid photo ID, passport, and visa. Please check with the authorities for the detailed requirements.

We do NOT allow customers to use the CITY PASS to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.

Due to the popularity of these tours during our busy season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels which offer similar standards of service as an alternative.

Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.

As some hotels require, customers must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination, to cooperate with card swiping for deposit and check-in procedures according to the different regulations of the hotel. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to your card within 7-14 working days after check-out.
