As Yellowstone cabins are likely to be sold out, we will reserve bus seats once you make reservation. Any amendment will be assessed with $30.00 amendment fee.
* 34 and more days prior to departure date, 10% penalty fee;
* 18-33 days prior to departure date, $410/room penalty fee;
* 11-17 days prior to departure date, 30% penalty fee + $410/room penalty fee;
* within 10 days prior to departure date or no show on tour, 100% penalty fee.

Cancellation Policy for the 3rd person who enjoys Buy 2 Get 3rd Discount: We will reserve bus seats for 3rd discounted passengers. Other than the $30.00 amendment fee, we will charge as following:
* 11-33 days(working days) prior to departure date, tour fee is non-refundable;
* 1-10 days(working days) prior to departure date, $160.00 per passenger(Tour fee is non-refundable.);
* No-shows will be assessed a penalty fee $250.00 per passenger for general Yellowstone tours(Tour fee is non-refundable.).

Customers who want to stay in Yellowstone Cabin please must provide the accurate name of every guest when making reservations, which must be consistent with the info on vaild passport or driving license. If there is a child under 12, please include the exact age as well. Customers will take all the responsibility on their own if they are not able to stay in Yellowstone Cabin due to incorrect info.

To make your travel more convenient, we suggest you book your tour one month prior to the departure date during holiday season (New Year/Christmas).

Due to the popularity of tours during the high season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels that offer similar standards of service to replace. Please understand.

Las Vegas Tours do not permit travelers under 18, unaccompanied by a co-traveler 21 or older, to join. Travelers aged 18-21 who are unaccompanied by a co-traveler 21 or older can join the tour, however, they cannot gamble in Las Vegas.

Due to the Department of Homeland Security's regulations of Hoover Dam, all bus tours are limited to carry-on luggage such as backpacks and duffle bags. All carry-on items must fit in the over head compartment. Luggage cannot be stored in the compartments under the bus. Any other travel luggage needs to be left at your hotel.

Due to winter weather conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary for this tour may be affected in October, April or May. The itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the professional tour escort for the safety of all passengers. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience you may experience.

Antelope Canyon: No use of Tripod, no climbing, no trashing, don't take photos in staircases, don't carve on walls, follow Indian guides. Guests will be expelled if they don't follow rules without any refund.

Before the South Entrance of Yellowstone opens on May 8th, some attractions in Yellowstone may be closed due to snow. Tours that depart between April and May 4th, some attractions may be replaced in Yellowstone.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise.
