Our first choice for accommodation is Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista hotel. If it is occupied, we'll change La Quinta hotel for you.
-For customers in Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista, you can take hotel free shuttle bus to theme parks.
-For customers in La Quinta, we will provide you free shuttle service to theme parks. You need to confirm with our guide for the pick-up and drop-off time each day. If you need to get back to hotel in advance, please arrange the transport by yourself.

If you need to upgrade the overnights hotels to Holiday Inn(5905 S. Kirkman Road, Orlando), please choose Holiday Inn in easy book page. If it is occupied, we'll change Holiday Inn Express Hotel(5605 Major Boulevard, Orlando) for you. Please kindly note that during the Christmas and New Year season, the rates will be increased. All rates are subject to final confirmation.

During the Christmas and New Year season, Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista may be fully booked. We will offer hotels with similar service. Meanwhile, there will be additional $5.00/person service fee for transfer

If you chose to self transfer to the hotel for check-in rather than choosing our complimentary airport pickup on the first day, please DO check the hotel info for the first night on our e-ticket.

Disney Animal Kingdom or Disney Water Park shuttle bus drop off at Disney Magic Kingdom. Please use Disney Transportation for shuttle to Disney Animal Kingdom or Disney Water Park.

All passengers must choose the theme parks options when booking, we do not accept any change once arrive Orlando. We strongly recommend that you please make your reservation at least 7 work days prior to the departure date so that we have enough time for theme park tickets reservation.

We strongly recommend that you should contact airline and local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival information and pickup arrangement before your departure.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
