    More than 45 days prior to departure - No penalty
    Between 45 and 30 days prior to departure - You pay 10% of the tour price
    Between 30 and 15 days prior to departure - You pay 25% of the tour price
    Between 14 and 3 days prior to departure - You pay 40% of the tour price
    Less than 72 hours prior to departure - You pay 100% of the tour price

In the event of overbooking, we will arrange for you to stay in a hotel of similar or near-similar standards of service.
