  Log in to your account first, upload flight information according to the steps, upload information about vaccination or nucleic acid test results, fill out the questionnaire 24 hours before boarding, and you will receive QR CODE by email, which must be printed out or displayed on your mobile phone ( It is recommended that all guests memorize their account name and password, because the airport security staff may ask you to open your account on your mobile phone on the spot to browse its content)
  When you arrive in Hawaii, prepare your ID and QR CODE for verification. Some hotels will also ask to check the relevant information in the account when checking in.

  Due to hotels in Hawaii are easy to be sold out in peak season, hotels as below need to be charged additional fee for the nights they stay (Date is hotel check-in date). Please collect the addtional fee from customers when they book the tour checking in following dates:

• Most hotels in Hawaii require a valid credit card as a deposit guarantee when checking in. All special requests will be subject to the hotel's check-in.
• Smoking is prohibited in the hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel.
• Please note that smoking is not permitted in all Hawaii State Parks. The ban includes smoking, including electronic cigarettes, and all tobacco products. It applies to all areas of the park, including beaches, picnic and camping areas, trails and roadways. Violators can be cited up to $500.
• Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide(English/Chinese). Tours and/ or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
• The inter-islands air ticket can't be signed, changed or refunded once the ticket is confirmed. if you need us to book the tickets for you, we will need following information: Gender, Date of Birtt, Name (Please clearly specify your last name and first name (Please make sure the above information you've provided is in accordance with the information on your passport.)
• If we confirm that the tour fare will be adjusted after 24 hours of your booking, we will continue processing your orders after obtaining your approval.
• The tour price may vary especially during holidays due to the hotel, tax and fuel surcharge fluctuation. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
• Guests who choose a hotel not listed in the itinerary should be aware that the hotel they chose might have a cancellation policy different from the hotels listed in the itinerary. We will confirm these cancellation policies for you after you've booked your tour. Once confirmed, fees/surcharge will be applied to any changes or cancellation of your tour.
• All the check in luggage will be charged (only for tours with inter-island flight). First $25.00 each, second luggage $35.00 each, third luggage $50.00 each.
• Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances cause a flight delay for more than 45 minutes, you will have to arrange transportation on your own. However, you are welcome to contact our local tour provider to check if our staff can accommodate your needs.
• Hawaii tour itineraries are composed of many smaller Hawaii tours and the configuration of the itinerary is not confirmed until the day of the tour. Itineraries on the e-ticket are suggested initial itineraries. Please do not plan any side excursions or additional tour plans for Hawaii until the day you arrive on our tour. If you need to take a side plan or additional tour, you must talk with your tour guide and check if the tour's itinerary may work for you.
• We strongly recommend that you contact the airline and our local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival timing, and request to arrange for a pickup before your departure.
• In Spring/Summer, we recommend you to wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
  In Fall/Winter, we recommend layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather.
• In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft loss at any location.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
