We strongly recommend that you should contact airline and local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival information and pickup arrangement before your departure.

Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day. For the detail arrangement, please email or call us prior to departure date to re-confirm it. If you plan to leave in advance when on tour, please DO contact us for the final itinerary.

Please coordinate schedule of your flight with that of your tour. We recommend that you please book your air tickets after you receive E-ticket confirming all details for your tour reservation within one to two business.

Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances cause a flight delay for more than 45 minutes, you will have to arrange transportation on your own. However, you are welcome to contact our local tour provider to check if our staff can accommodate your needs.

Baggage Policy: Each passenger may bring a "Personal Item" in the cabin meeting the max size (25x35x45 cm) and weight restrictions (12 kg), but a second carry-on bag is not permitted. Standard size carry-on bags will be gate checked as a valet bag. Each guest is allowed one checked bag not to exceed 20 kg.

Spring/Summer: wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
Fall/Winter: wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather.

In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft loss at any location.
