Itinerario

Today is reserved for arrivals and no tours are scheduled, but you may take part in optional tours. Optional Tours *Guests who arrive at JFK or LGA airport before 5:00pm will be sent to Flushing Queens. We will provide free luggage storage service, and our guests can visit nearby Queens Crossing, Macy’s Shopping Center. In addition, Flushing is a safe and booming Asian commercial and retail area with many shopping and dining options. You will experience the distinctive Asian-American culture. We have our own customer service center in the center of Flushing with free baggage storage service and wifi. We will arrange hotel drop-off service for guests based on the arrival time and the volume. *For those who arrive at EWR airport before 12:00pm, feel free to take our shuttle to Jersey Garden Outlet (free). For those who arrive at JFK/LGA airport after 5:00pm or those who arrive at EWR airport after 12:00pm, we will directly take you to the hotel for rest. *For those who do not require airport pick-up service on the first day, shuttle service will be provided at the following pick-up locations (please register when booking the tour): -9:30 – 17:00 arrive at Flushing: 136-51 37th Avenue, 1st Floor, Unit C3, Flushing, NY 11354 -9:30 – 18:00 arrive at Manhattan – Chinatown: 87 Bowery, Ste 201，New York, NY 10002 Customers whose plane touches down in New York before 4:30 pm are invited to join us for a three-hour tour of New York City after the sun goes down. NYC Morning Tour For guests who meet tour guide before 9:00am in JFK or LGA airport, guests can join NYC Morning Tour. Seats guaranteed if book in advance. If passengers couldn’t meet the tour guide before 9:00 am because of flights delay or personal reasons, we will NOT refund for it. If you book it on arriving day, seats cannot be guaranteed. Price: $25.00/Adult and $15.00/Child(0-11). In the morning, guests will enjoy the beauty of Thousand Islands on a cruise boat. As the name indicated, the Thousand Islands constitute an archipelago of 1,864 islands that straddles the Canada-U.S. border in the Saint Lawrence River as it emerges from the northeast corner of Lake Ontario. We will be driving on Highway 401 along St. Lawrence River and reach Canada's Capital and political center, Ottawa. After a short stay, we will drive to the Montreal, known as "Paris of North America", a French-speaking and second largest city of Canada. * Add-on Hotel Service (+H) before tour departure: One Night Deluxe Hotel (the same hotel as the first night stay of the tour: CROWNE (RAMADA) PLAZA EWR / SHERATON EDISON / DOUBLTREE SOMERSET or similar). At picking-up from airport, our tour guide and driver will bring you to hotel, and assist to check in.
* If you add-on Hotel Service (+H), you can enjoy free airport pick-up service from 8:30am to 0:00am (Actual landing time of flight) at three major airports of New York (JFK, EWR and LGA). Other pick-up location: Flushing (9:30am to 5:00pm), and Chinatown in Manhattan (9:30am to 6:00pm).
* You can choose one of the four one-day theme tours the day after the airport pick-up and enjoy free hotel pick-up & drop-off service. If only add-on hotel service (+H) is booked without the one-day theme tour (+X), you need to take care of the transportation of the next day by yourself.

Tours departing on Thursday, Sunday will not visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

If the attractions are closed due to holidays, the tour more likely will stop at the entrances for a photo opportunity.

A visa is not required for U.S. citizens, however, please bring your Photo I.D and proof of citizenship (U.S. birth certificate or naturalization certificate) for re-entry to the United States. A passport is highly recommended. Children, ages 18 and under only require a birth certificate. If you are not an American citizen or permanent resident, please bring your passport, I-94 card or resident alien card. Due to heightened security at the border, additional paperwork may be required from visitors from some countries. This only applies to a very few countries. Please be aware of the status of your country or origin, or check with the local immigration office to ensure that multiple-entry into the U.S. is allowed. This will avoid unnecessary delays. Should any person be detained upon re-entry to the U.S., we will be unable to wait while the additional paperwork is filed. Additional transportation charges may apply for guests detained and released returning to the U.S.

Please bring relevant travel document (passport, Alien Card, Visa). You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents for visiting Canada and returning to the United States including your valid photo ID, passport and visa. Please check with according with any immigration authorities for detailed requirements.

Due to the popularity of these tours during our busy season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will then choose the hotels which offer similar standards of service as an alternative.

Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self-transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self-transfer to the tour's first night's hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour's departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4Fun/ local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however; this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self-transferring to the tour's first night's hotel.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.

As some hotels require, customers must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination, to cooperate with card swiping for deposit and check-in procedures according to the different regulations of the hotel. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to your card within 7-14 working days after check-out.
