  • If you need to book a flight, we recommend that you book your flight after you receive a confirmation email from Tours4Fun for your reservation within one to two business days.
  • Please include your hotel name and address in the comments section when you book the tour online.
  • We want you to be as comfortable as possible. Casual dress is suggested on all tours (shorts, jeans, comfortable shoes). Remember that the Grand Canyon is 25-30°F cooler than Phoenix and vary by season, so we recommend our guests bring jackets in the event of changing weather patterns.
  • In order to protect your personal property, please bring any valuable items with you at all times. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus or at the hotel, attraction or restaurant. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides are not responsible for any theft or loss at any location.
  • One standard size carry-on (9”x14”x22”) and one personal item (ex. purse or camera bag) per person ONLY. This policy is strictly enforced. Space is at a premium for guest comfort. Extra luggage cannot be transported.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    -If amendment is made within 9 days(workday) before departure date, 100% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
    -If amendment is made 10-15 days before departure date, 50% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
    -If amendment is made 16-24 days before departure date, 25% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
