Cancellation Policy:
*Cancellations made before 18 days prior to departure date --- $85.00/person will be charged
*Cancellations made during 11-17 days prior to departure date --- 50% of total purchase amount + $50.00 will be charged
*Cancellations made within 10 days prior to departure date --- no refund
*No show on tour day --- no refund. If the 3rd or/and 4th persons fail to show up while 3 or 4 passengers sharing one room, those who are in the same room must pay penalty on board the bus.
* Apply to the following situations:
- Cancel the order
- Decrease the number of guests
- Change to other tours
- Change the departure date

Amendment Policy:
*Amendment made before 10 days prior to departure date --- Amendment fee $45.00/time will be charged
*Amendment made during 7-9 days prior to departure date --- Amendment fee $70.00/time will be charged
*Amendment made within 6 days prior to departure date --- no amendment. If need admendment, 100% of total purchase amount will be charged.
* Apply to the following situations:
- Change identity information: name, age, etc.
- Change optional tour or available package hotel

Please bring you own car seat, if you are travelling with a child under 8 years old. The penalty will be on your own cost, if you do not bring the car seat.

Customers are allowed up to two items (ie. 1 standard check-in luggage + 1 carry-on) free of charge. Extra items will be charged at additional $25/per luggage.

Due to winter weather conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary for this tour may be affected in October, April or May. The itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the professional tour guide for the safety of all passengers. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience you may experience.

Due to the popularity of these tours during our busy season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels which offer similar standards of service as an alternative.

If you need to book a flight ticket, we recommend that you book your flight ticket after you've received your reservation confirmation email within one to two business days.

During spring/summer, we recommend passengers wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
During fall/winter, we recommend passengers wear layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather.

Multiple departure/pick-up locations are provided as value added options for this tour/activity. Please note that you may be transferred to a central meeting point from the departure/ pick-up location (noted on your E-ticket) prior to departing on your tour/activity.

Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
