The reason I chose this over the day trips is the two-hour window at Lake Louise, and it delivered. I walked the lakeside trail all the way to the far end, took about forty photographs and still had a quarter of an hour to sit and do nothing. Emerald Lake the next morning was quieter and, honestly, I liked it more. The water really is that colour; nobody has edited it. Our guide knew when each stop would be emptiest, which saved us a lot of jostling for the same view.

The winter lakes and mountains of Banff are absolutely worth the visit. Rachel advised us to bring slip‑on ice grips, which made walking to the lake for photos much safer. Natural Bridge and Emerald Lake were both unique. Though busy, the photo spots were well spaced, so we still had a great experience.

I booked the 10pm pickup slot. Most tours stop at 6pm or charge extra. Driver was waiting at Gate 5 with a smile after my flight got delayed. That alone made me a fan.

We participated in the Fairmont Series - a 7-day tour of the five major Rocky Mountain parks. The itinerary was compact. During the period, the tour guide Allen and the driver Garry provided rich local information and safe driving. The time was well controlled. This was a reassuring journey. , thank you very much to the travel agency for the arrangement.
