The fall foliage made this trip even better. Old Quebec was beautiful, and the Thousand Islands cruise was a relaxing way to end the tour. Our guide was friendly and bilingual. Hotels were clean and comfortable. Only small thing: no lunch included, but we found good options nearby. Would do it again.
What sold me was the response time. I emailed a question about luggage at half past ten the night before departure and had a real answer, not an automatic reply, within twenty minutes. Small thing, but it set the tone for the next three days: nothing felt improvised. The Thousand Islands cruise was lovely, Parliament Hill was better than I had expected, and the Ottawa stop left us an hour to wander the ByWard Market on our own. The coach was clean, the timings they gave us were honest, and nobody was ever left standing while somebody counted heads.
I traveled with my partner and liked having the transportation planned in advance. Our favorite photographs came from the river views near Quebec City, although Niagara Falls may have been the bigger surprise. The itinerary moves quickly between cities, so comfortable walking shoes made a real difference. I traveled with two friends, and each of us ended up choosing a different favorite stop. It was a memorable way to see several Canadian highlights in one trip.
The trip was well-paced and covered all major sights. The optional dinner in Montreal was worth every penny. Hotel was comfortable with free WiFi. I'd recommend it to anyone short on time.
