Grand Opera House
The Grand Opera House in Belfast’s city center stages dance, theater, opera and musical performances. Established in 1895, the oriental architecture of the building’s exterior gives way to the main Victorian auditorium designed by Frank Matcham. In 2006, renovations resulted in the addition of the Baby Grand studio, a 100-seat theater. The Grand Opera House also has three restaurant bars where patrons can enjoy a bite or a drink.
