Former American Stock Exchange Building

When the American Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange merged in 2008, the organization moved to 11 Wall Street in New York City leaving the U.S. National Historic Landmark Art-Deco building that used to contain the trading floor at 86 Trinity Place in Lower Manhattan vacant. The former American Stock Exchange building that was built in 1921 was purchased in 2012 by the Fisher Brothers real estate firm.
